Travel restriction exemptions for International Students!
Canada is now allowing international students who meet the requirements!

◎If you plan to come to Canada after October 20, 2020:
- Your Designated Learning Institute (DLI) must be on the list of schools that meet the COVID-19 readiness plan
- You must hold a valid Study Permit or an approval letter for your Study Permit application
(Remarks)
- This new rule applies not only the students from the USA but from all over the world.
- If you’re already in Canada, you can continue studying at any DLI. If you leave Canada, you may not be able to return if your DLI doesn’t have a COVID-19 readiness plan approved by the province or territory in which you live.
◎Things to bring for your travel
- A valid Study Permit or an approval letter for your Study Permit application
- Letter of Acceptance from your DLI
- Proof of sufficient funds such as recent bank statements
◎What you will be examined at Port of Entry
- Purpose of your travel
- If you have a proper plan for the mandatory 14-day quarantine
- If you can complete the 14-day quarantine period upon arrival in Canada
- Before you physically start going to school, if you have at least 14 days as a self-quarantine period
- You need to be able to start the class online during the 14-day quarantine period
