Travel & COVID-19: Vaccine Passport
Hello World! It’s already November. The days are getting shorter these days here in Vancouver.
Today we would like to share the information about the Canadian standardized proof of vaccination for travelling.
Standardized Proof of Vaccination Now Available
On October 21, 2021, the Government of Canada announced issuing a standardized proof of vaccination record allowing for travel within Canada and internationally.
As of October 30, 2021, all travellers aged 12 and older taking flights departing from Canadian airports and traveling by VIA Rail and Rocky Mountaineer trains must be fully vaccinated before boarding. (For more details, please check our previous article, from here.) The new standardized proof of vaccination may be used to show that you meet this requirement.
