Testimonials from S & T:Sponsorship

“I was very disappointed by the refusal on my first sponsorship application. Then I asked Satoko to apply for the permanent residency application under the same category again. The result was successful. Satoko was always trying to stay on top of everything in order to provide prompt and sufficient services throughout the process.

Her continuing support and cheerful attitude made us feel very comfortable to go through the lengthy process. When our application approved, we were very happy. We will never forget the moment. I truly appreciate Satoko’s support. Thank you very much. by S”

“Satoko is a truly professional consultant. She has provided our application in the most effective and efficient way. When I had some questions about the process, her clear and fast response made me feel secured. Although this was our second attempt, it was approval within a year (shorter than normal processing time!). I strongly suggest Satoko as a legal representative to anyone. by T”

The above messages were from a married couple (a Canadian husband and a Japanese wife) whom I have supported before. They applied for a Sponsorship application under the Family Class.

I remember they were shocked and devastated when I first met them. Having talked to them, I really felt responsible to support them to immigration to Canada as soon as possible.

For the re-application, I prepared the new forms and supporting documents as well as a detailed cover letter in order to shorten the processing time as much as possible. Because their first application was refused, there were several request letters from IRCC to provide new documents or information. I tried to contact S frequently to ensure we were on the same page. After all, the processing time was shorter than normal one’s because of our cooperative effort.

They sent me a thank you card after the application was approved. We have been keeping in touch by emails since then. This is what I like about my job the most.

Permanent Residency (PR) Application

As per above, you don’t need to give up just because your first PR application was refused.

If the second application has enough evidence and documents to compensate the first refusal reasons, IRCC will assess and determine the application based on the newly provided documents accordingly.

As a matter of fact, I have supported quite a few refusal cases while I was working as a Paralegal at the law firm. Most cases were submitted by the applicant without a legal representative. I think one of the reasons why it’s good to have an experienced legal representative is to have a higher possibility of approval.

On the IRCC’s website, there are a few tips you can avoid any errors or refusals. Please check this out.

There are a lot of required documents and forms for the PR application. Some application forms are updated frequently, so you need to make sure if the form is up-to-date. The required documents vary depending on the program. Therefore the first thing to do is to decide an appropriate program and identify the appropriate document list for the program.

If you are looking for a complete application and a smooth process, please feel free to contact us via this form.

Even if you decide to prepare the application on your own, it is recommended you use our review service in order to avoid any delay in process. You can enjoy the cost-effective review service for any programs. As the fee is different based on your program, please submit this form for a quotation.
