Today we would like to share updates on travel restrictions announced by the Government of Canada on September 26, 2022. Please also check our previous article on travel restrictions&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/onepacificimmigration.com\/en-CA\/2022\/07\/%e3%80%90jul-2022%e3%80%91update-on-travel-restrictions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>from here<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Effective October 1, 2022, all COVID-19-related travel restrictions have been lifted.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"2-\u6e21\u822a\u524d\u691c\u67fb-\u8fc5\u901f\u6297\u539f\u691c\u67fb\u3082\u8a31\u53ef\">Removal of all COVID-19 Travel Restrictions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-color=\"#fffd6b\" class=\"vk_highlighter\" style=\"background: linear-gradient(transparent 60%,rgba(255, 253, 107, 0.7) 0);\">Effective October 1, 2022, the following COVID-19-related restrictions have been lifted for all travellers entering Canada by land, air or sea.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>submit health information through the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/public-health\/services\/diseases\/coronavirus-disease-covid-19\/arrivecan.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ArriveCAN<\/strong><\/a>&nbsp;<\/li><li>provide proof of vaccination<\/li><li>undergo pre- or on-arrival testing<\/li><li>carry out COVID-19-related quarantine or isolation<\/li><li>monitor and report if they develop signs or symptoms of COVID-19 upon arriving in Canada<\/li><li>undergo health checks for travel on air and rail<\/li><li>wear masks on planes and trains<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Although masking is no longer required as of October 1, all travellers are still recommended to wear masks to protect their own health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This measure also applied to cruise ships.
