Time flies so fast that we are in September now !!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today we would like to introduce a testimonial from one of our clients, who applied for a Permanent Residence status in Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201d<strong><em>Satoko sent me some messages when I was thinking about whether to apply for Permanent Residence in Canada.<\/em><\/strong><\/strong> <strong><em>At the initial consolation, she introduced some programs that I may be qualified for and explained in detail about possible options for me to immigrate to Canada. \u3000<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Her careful consideration and prompt response to my request built a feeling of trust and security in my mind that made me feel like I am not doing it alone.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>It became a good memory when we reviewed all documents and completed it together. I really appreciate you were beside me when submitting the application online. It was a great moment to share the feeling of the accomplishment of all the work we have done!! Thank you so much. \uff08Ms. R.I.\uff09\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u30fc\u30fc\u30fc<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I got to know her through social media posting at first. I contacted her when I saw her posting showing the interest of immigrating to Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Just around this time, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) announced a new program &#8211; <span data-color=\"#fffd6b\" style=\"background: linear-gradient(transparent 60%,rgba(255, 253, 107, 0.7) 0);\" class=\"vk_highlighter\">Temporary resident to permanent resident program (\u201cTR to PR program\u201d) <\/span>so that I suggested this program to her as a possible option to immigrate to Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First I requested her to submit the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/onepacificimmigration.com\/en-CA\/individual\/scout\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>scouting service entry form<\/strong><\/a><\/strong>, then I carefully assessed her qualifications and experiences.  During the consultation, I recommended her to apply for a PR through this TR to PR program.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this program, the applicant must submit the application oneself.  I suggested her to work on the application and submit it together. And that is exactly what I did with her.  I will continue to support all my clients as much as possible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>TR to PR program<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Effective May 6, 2021, Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) started accepting applications under the following 3 streams:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Healthcare workers \u2013 cap 20,000<\/li><li>Essential workers \u2013 cap 30,000 (Applications closed.)<\/li><li>International students \u2013 cap 40,000 (Applications closed.)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><span data-color=\"#fffd6b\" style=\"background: linear-gradient(transparent 60%,rgba(255, 253, 107, 0.7) 0);\" class=\"vk_highlighter\">Applications remain open until November 5, 2021 or until it has reached its limit.<\/span> <meta charset=\"utf-8\">You can check our previous article about TR to PR program <a href=\"https:\/\/onepacificimmigration.com\/en-CA\/2021\/04\/20\/new-pathway-to-canada%ef%bc%81\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><strong>from here<\/strong><\/strong><\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The following is the summary of conditions for Healthcare workers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have accumulated at least one (1) year of full-time work experience, or the equivalent in part-time experience (1,560 hours), in Canada, in an eligible occupation listed in<strong> <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/immigration-refugees-citizenship\/corporate\/mandate\/policies-operational-instructions-agreements\/public-policies\/trpr-canadian-work-experience.html#annex-a\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Annex A<\/strong><\/a>  in the past three years.<\/li><li>Be employed in Canada in any occupation at the time that the application for permanent residence is received<\/li><li>Have attained a level of proficiency of at least benchmark 4<\/li><li>Reside in Canada with valid temporary resident status<\/li><li>Intend to reside in a province or territory other than Quebec<\/li><li>Have submitted their application for permanent residence under this public policy using electronic means (apply online).<\/li><li>The foreign national is not inadmissible under the Act and Regulations.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can check more details through here\u2193<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/immigration-refugees-citizenship\/corporate\/mandate\/policies-operational-instructions-agreements\/public-policies\/trpr-canadian-work-experience.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.canada.ca\/en\/immigration-refugees-citizenship\/corporate\/mandate\/policies-operational-instructions-agreements\/public-policies\/trpr-canadian-work-experience.html<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>===<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As you can see the above, this TR to PR program will be closed in November.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> If you think you are qualified as a health care worker stream, we suggest to prepare the application as soon as possible.
